El Gobierno nacional estableció arancel cero a 37 insumos y materias primas para confecciones y calzado que no tienen producción nacional, mediante el Decreto 1184 del 8 de noviembre de 2025, que estará vigente por dos años y aplica para países sin acuerdos comerciales con Colombia.
La medida fue recomendada por el Comité de Asuntos Aduaneros, Arancelarios y de Comercio Exterior (Triple A) y beneficiará principalmente a micro y pequeñas empresas del sector.
La ministra de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, Diana Marcela Morales Rojas, explicó que “buscamos una cancha equilibrada para que la industria nacional compita en mejores condiciones con la oferta de las importaciones”. La medida se limita exclusivamente a productos gravados con arancel que no cuentan con producción nacional.
Entre los insumos beneficiados se incluyen hilados de seda, hilados texturizados de nailon, hilados de fibras sintéticas, tejidos crudos o blanqueados, e hilos de coser de filamentos artificiales, entre otros. La cartera de Comercio realizará seguimiento durante la vigencia de la medida para verificar que se mantengan las condiciones de no producción nacional.
